For what purpose do we process your personal data?At TAMOE INNOVATION S.L. we process the information provided to us by interested parties for the purpose of providing them with the services or information they request, as well as to provide interested parties with information in accordance with their interests and to improve their user experience, and to draw up a “commercial profile” based on the information provided, without making automated decisions on the basis of that profile.

For how long will we keep your data?The personal data provided and obtained during the provision of the requested services, for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, will be kept for a period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of the request for information or the contracting of the services of TAMOE INNOVATION S.L.. The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent requested from you, without the withdrawal of this consent in any case conditioning the performance of the service provision contract.
